Ordering & Personalisation

Can I personalise my order?
Absolutely! Just enter your engraving details in the personalisation box on each product page before adding to cart.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to amend it. Email us at info@snazzypooch.co.uk ASAP to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Most personalised orders arrive within 7–15 working days. You'll receive tracking details once dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the UK, but we're working on expanding soon!

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order?
Check our size charts linked on each product page, or visit our Size & Measurement Guide.
Can I exchange if the size is wrong?
Unfortunately we cannot exchange personalised items, so please double check your sizing before ordering.

Product Quality & Care

What are your collars and harnesses made of?
We use soft, durable materials like velvet, fleece, leather, and polyester blends depending on the style — always selected with comfort and safety in mind.
How do I clean my accessories?
We recommend hand washing with mild soap and cold water, then air drying to keep your accessories looking their best.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a personalised product?
As each personalised product is made to order, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll resolve it quickly.
