Ordering & Personalisation
Can I personalise my order?
Yes! Just enter your engraving details in the box on the product page before adding to cart.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed, we may be able to amend it. Email us at info@snazzypooch.co.uk as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive in 2–3 working days after dispatch. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on customs — see our Delivery & Returns page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide for a flat rate of £9.99 GBP (shown in your currency at checkout). Local customs duties or taxes may apply.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes, you’ll get a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel.
Customs & Import Taxes
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local authorities.
What if my parcel is held at customs?
Your customs office may require payment of duty or tax before release. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.

Can I exchange if the size is wrong?
Exchanges are available within 30 days (excluding personalised products). Please double-check sizing before ordering personalised items.

What materials do you use?
We use soft, durable materials such as velvet, fleece, faux leather and polyester blends for comfort and safety.
How do I clean my accessories?
Hand wash with mild soap and cold water, then air dry to keep them looking their best.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more — all shown at checkout.
Can I use discount codes on sale items?
Yes, discount codes can usually be applied on sale items unless stated otherwise.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently we don’t offer gift wrapping, but all orders arrive neatly packaged and ready to gift.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a personalised product?
Personalised items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty — see our Returns Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at info@snazzypooch.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free return label and replace or refund your item.
