How long does delivery take?

Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items are made specifically for your dog and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
What can I have engraved?
Most customers choose their dog's name and contact number. Some products may allow a short message depending on available space.
Can I include a phone number on my dog's collar?
Yes. Many customers choose to engrave their dog's name and phone number directly onto the buckle.
How many characters can I engrave?
Most products allow up to two lines of engraving. Please refer to the individual product page for exact limits.
Where is the engraving placed?
On most personalised products, the engraving is placed directly onto the buckle. Product images will show the exact location.
What if I entered the wrong engraving details?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we'll do our best to update your engraving.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog's neck and chest before ordering and refer to the size guide provided on each product page.
What if I order the wrong size?
Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
Are your collars and harnesses adjustable?
Yes. Our collars and harnesses feature adjustable straps for a comfortable and secure fit.
Do you offer matching sets?

Which harness is best for my dog?
Our Step-In Harness is easy to put on, while our Comfort Fit and No-Pull styles offer additional support and control.
Will the harness stop my dog pulling?
No harness can completely stop pulling, but a properly fitted no-pull style can improve control and comfort.
Why does my harness move slightly to one side?
This is normal with many Y-shape and step-in harnesses. They naturally follow the direction of the lead while walking.
What happens if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
