Delivery times: Most Snazzy Pooch orders arrive within 6–10 working days.

Many of our accessories are personalised, or carefully prepared to order, so please allow this timeframe before getting in touch about delivery.

UK Delivery

  • Free UK delivery on all orders.
  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 working days from the date your order is placed.
  • You’ll receive updates by email once your order is on its way.
  • Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods, bank holidays or seasonal peaks.

USA & International Delivery

  • Free USA shipping on our personalized products.
  • Our Snazzy Pooch No Pull Harnesses, Step In Harnesses and Comfort Fit Harnesses are shipped internationally using International Economy Shipping at £9.99.
  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 working days unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for any local customs fees, duties or import charges where applicable.

Personalised & Personalized Items

  • Personalised collars, harnesses and accessories are made with your chosen details.
  • Please double-check spelling, phone numbers and dates before placing your order.
  • Personalised and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Wedding Tails Collection

  • Wedding Tails pieces are prepared with extra care for special occasions.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  • If your wedding date is close, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-personalised items.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and with any tags or packaging included.
  • Personalised items are only returnable if they arrive faulty or damaged.
  • For returns & exchanges, customers cover the return postage and we’ll send the replacement free of charge.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Email us with photos and your order number.
  • If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
